Johnny "Knoxville"

If you haven't seen any of the crude-humored, "boys will be boys" Jackass movies, chances are you are at least aware of them. Lesser-known, though, is that the actor/director/producer of the Jackass films is indeed from our Scruffy little city. His birth-given name is Phillip Clapp, but we know him as Johnny Knoxville. It's unclear to me why he chose the pseudonym Johnny Knoxville, but it's definitely unique and memorable. Knoxville graduated from South-Doyle High School before moving to LA to pursue his acting career. And, the rest is history
